Laughter yoga was created in 1995 in India by Dr Madan KATARIA and his wife Madhuri.

Scientific studies have shown that spontaneous laughter or entertaining laughter both trigger the production of the hormone "wellness hormone".

Laughter is an excellent physical exercise, example:
-1 minute of laughter equals 30 minutes of relaxation.
-15 minutes of laughter equivalent to40 minutes of jogging.


The effect of contagion and the energy of laughtermakes laughter easier.

It is a combinationyoga and laughter.
Through simple exercises accessible to everyone, laughter yoga allows you to:
